2024 Annual Meeting Notice
At this meeting, reports will be provided by Chairman Webb, Treasurer Rosenstein, and Supervisory Chairperson Matalon. Elections results for the Board of Directors will also be announced.
A list of Members who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee as candidates for the Board of Directors is included, along with a brief statement of qualifications. All candidates have indicated their willingness to serve in the office for which they have been nominated.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Credit Union, nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition and signed by no less than 1% of the members entitled to vote. Petition forms may be obtained by writing the main Credit Union office, 434 West Alameda Ave., Burbank, CA 91506. There will be no nominations from the floor.
Each nominee by petition shall submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition, together with a signed certificate stating they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. Petitions must be received by the secretary of the Credit Union, in care of Technicolor Federal Credit Union, 434 West Alameda Ave, Burbank CA 91506, by Friday, March 15, 2024.
The credit union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.
Nominating Committee Nominees
Maral Soleimani
My name is Maral Soleimani and I worked at Technicolor for 30 years. As Payroll Director, I managed US/Canada Payroll Operations for all Technicolor divisions.
I was subject matter expert for all payroll related systems and facilitated technology resources and tools to engage the team to work efficiently and accurately.
I am married and we have one daughter. I love traveling and exploring new places. It has been my pleasure to serve as Board Member and I look forward to serve many more terms.
Robert Stevenson
Bob received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal State University Los Angeles.
He was Purchasing Manager with Technicolor Film Services for 30 years. He has experience with negotiation, cost savings and contracts. He has a lifetime C.P.M. Designation with The Institute of Supply
Management. He and his wife have 2 grown children and one grandchild. Bob has served on the TFCU board of directors for over 12 years and enjoys working on programs that benefit our members.
Amy Rosenstein
I am a CPA with extensive experience in Finance and Accounting and currently serve as Chief Financial Officer at Tierra del Sol Foundation located in Sunland, California. Tierra serves the needs of developmentally challenged individuals, enabling them to acquire the skills they need to live meaningful and productive lives.
Prior to working at the Foundation, I was at Technicolor for 19 years, initially as Director of Accounting and then as Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations for the Film Group. Prior to that I was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young.
I have served on the Board of the Technicolor Federal Credit Union since 2012 and enjoy my role as Treasurer.
