2023 Annual Meeting Notice
At this meeting, reports will be provided by Chairman Webb, Treasurer Rosenstein, and Supervisory Chairperson Matalon. Elections results for the Board of Directors will also be announced.
A list of Members who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee as candidates for the Board of Directors is included, along with a brief statement of qualifications. All candidates have indicated their willingness to serve in the office for which they have been nominated.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Credit Union, nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition and signed by no less than 1% of the members entitled to vote. Petition forms may be obtained by writing the main Credit Union office, 434 West Alameda Ave., Burbank, CA 91506. There will be no nominations from the floor.
Each nominee by petition shall submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition, together with a signed certificate stating they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. Petitions must be received by the secretary of the Credit Union, in care of Technicolor Federal Credit Union, 434 West Alameda Ave, Burbank CA 91506, by Friday, March 17, 2023.
The credit union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.

Michael Webb
My name is Michael Webb, and I worked at Technicolor Film Lab for over 20 years, retiring in 2010.
I live in Thousand Oaks with my wife of 44 years. We have three grown children together and six grandchildren.
Board members are key to the success of the credit union and bring a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion in upholding our commitment to improving the financial well-being of our members and the community.
It has been my pleasure to serve as a Supervisory Committee Member and Board Member for over 28 years. I’ve been Board Chairman for nine out of the last ten years.
Jerry Esposito
Jerry received his bachelor’s degree at the State University of New York in Geneseo (Pre-Law and Political Science); and subsequently earned his MBA at Syracuse University, majoring in Finance.
His career began at Carrier Air Conditioning in Syracuse, NY in 1975; followed by management and executive positions in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Harris Corporation (FL & TX); Western Union Telegraph (NJ); Mars Electronics (PA) and Mars Petfoods (CA).
He is currently in his 17th year with Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions (formerly known as Technicolor Home Entertainment Services) where he is their Global VP of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement.
Jerry has two adult children, both of which are lawyers (one in San Francisco, CA and the other in Miami, FL). He is also the proud grandfather of a 9-year-old grandson.
He has been an active member of TFCU’s Board of Directors since 2012, and enjoys the work benefiting our loyal credit union shareholders.
