2026 Annual Meeting Notice
At this meeting, reports will be provided by Chairman, Treasurer, and Supervisory Committee Chair. Elections results for the Board of Directors will also be announced.
A list of Members who have been nominated by the Nominating Committee as candidates for the Board of Directors is included, along with a brief statement of qualifications. All candidates have indicated their willingness to serve in the office for which they have been nominated.
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Credit Union, nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition and signed by no less than 1% of the members entitled to vote. Petition forms may be obtained by writing the main Credit Union office, 434 West Alameda Ave., Burbank, CA 91506. There will be no nominations from the floor.
Each nominee by petition shall submit a statement of qualifications and biographical data with the petition, together with a signed certificate stating they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. Petitions must be received by the secretary of the Credit Union, in care of Technicolor Federal Credit Union, 434 West Alameda Ave, Burbank CA 91506, by Friday, March 13, 2026.
The credit union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.

Michael Webb
My name is Michael Webb, and I worked at Technicolor Film Lab for over 20 years, retiring in 2010.
I live in Thousand Oaks with my wife of 47 years. We have three grown children together and six grandchildren.
Board members are key to the success of the credit union and bring a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion in upholding our commitment to improving the financial well-being of our members and the community.
It has been my pleasure to serve as a Supervisory Committee Member and Board Member for over 31 years. I’ve been Board Chairman for nine out of the last 13 years.
