TFCU offers a concierge service to locate and purchase your next new or used car. Email your request to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Whether you are looking for a new or used car
  • The make or brand name of the vehicles you would prefer (e.g. Honda, Ford, Toyota, etc.)
  • A list of the models you desire (e.g. Accord, Explorer, 325i, Prius, etc.)
  • A list of the colors you want in order of preference (white, black, red, pearl, etc.)
  • Don’t forget to get pre-approved for your auto loan
  • Your maximum monthly budget or purchase limit
  • Any special options you want the vehicle to have (navigation, leather, sunroof, etc.)
  • The number of years you wish to finance the car

Protect your financial investment in your vehicle with Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP).

If your vehicle is ever stolen or totaled in an accident, GAP will pay you the difference between the value of your vehicle and its unpaid loan or lease balance. Insurance coverage can be obtained on new vehicles or used vehicles with less than 75,000 miles. Your MBI policy is also transferable, which increases the resale value of your vehicle.
